The new offering is available in beta version to a select group of Zillow ( ZG ) users, according to the company, adding that it intends to expand the offering throughout this year.

Zillow ( ZG ) said Zillow AI provides neighborhood and local insights, schedules tours, forecasts cost ranges for repairs or upgrades, and compares options, among other features. The new offering integrates the company's Fair Housing Classifier to evaluate both client queries and AI responses.
