06:05 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zillow Group ( ZG ) (Z, ZG) said Wednesday it launched a new credit-building tool that allows renters to report on-time rent payments to all three major credit bureaus for an annual fee of $20.

Renters can directly enroll on the Zillow ( ZG ) platform to report current and past rent payments from up to two years to Equifax ( EFX ) , Experian and TransUnion ( TRU ) , the company said.

The CreditClimb tool uses technology by Esusu and allows renters to verify their lease details and payment method to positively contribute to their credit scores, Zillow ( ZG ) said.
