02:11 PM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zimmer Biomet ( ZBH ) is facing a patent infringement lawsuit from Treace Medical Concepts ( TMCI ) , which claims infringement of four patents.

According to a statement from Treace on Thursday, Zimmer Biomet ( ZBH ) and its subsidiary Paragon 28 were in violation of patents covering its Lapiplasty technology.

The suit was filed in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.

Zimmer Biomet ( ZBH ) did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
