ZimVie Stockholders Approve Acquisition by ArchiMed Affiliate

09:57 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZimVie ( ZIMV ) said Friday that its shareholders have approved the company's acquisition by an ArchiMed affiliate at a special meeting held the same day.

The merger is expected to be completed Oct. 20, pending the fulfillment of all conditions in the deal, the company said.
