Archimed, for an enterprise value of $730 million.

As consideration, stockholders of ZimVie ( ZIMV ) will get $19 in cash for each common share, reflecting a premium of 99% to the 90-day volume-weighted average price of the stock.

Under merger terms, ZimVie ( ZIMV ) said it may solicit proposals from third parties for 40 days until August 29.

The buyout, which has been approved by ZimVie's ( ZIMV ) board, is likely to be completed by the end of the year, following which the company will cease to be listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange, ZimVie ( ZIMV ) said.
