09:56 AM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ZipRecruiter ( ZIP ) said Thursday it launched a new app within Microsoft ( MSFT )-backed (MSFT) OpenAI's ChatGPT, allowing users to search for jobs directly in the AI chatbot.

Financial terms of the arrangement were not provided.

With the ZipRecruiter ( ZIP ) app for ChatGPT, the company said job seekers can tell ChatGPT their employment preferences to get matched with relevant opportunities from ZipRecruiter's ( ZIP ) database.

Shares of ZipRecruiter ( ZIP ) were down more than 3% in Thursday trading.
