ZK International Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Bid Price Rule

01:09 PM EST, 02/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZK International ( ZKIN ) said Monday it has regained compliance with the $1 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on Nasdaq following a confirmation from the exchange.

The company said the matter is now closed.
