12:02 PM EDT, 06/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ZK International Group ( ZKIN ) said Wednesday that it has secured an additional extension from Nasdaq to file its Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2023.

The company said it now has until Aug. 13 to file the 20-F, adding that a failure to submit the form would lead to a written notification of delisting from Nasdaq.

ZK International ( ZKIN ), a China-based engineering company, said it "remains committed to meeting all regulatory requirements."

ZK International ( ZKIN ) shares were up more than 3% in recent trading.
