03:15 PM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zoom Video Communications ( ZM ) and ServiceNow ( NOW ) plan to integrate their generative artificial-intelligence technologies in H1 2025 to improve workflow automation.

The Zoom AI Companion will be able to summarize and transcribe meetings and turn action items into tasks connected to ServiceNow ( NOW ) workflows, the companies said Wednesday in a statement.

Zoom shares rose 2.5% in recent trading Wednesday, and ServiceNow ( NOW ) climbed 1.9%.
