04:34 PM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zoom Video Communications ( ZM ) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income late Wednesday of $1.39 per diluted share, up from $1.34 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.22.
Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $1.16 billion, up from $1.14 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.15 billion.
The company said it expects fiscal Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $1.29 to $1.31 on revenue of between $1.160 billion and $1.165 billion. Analysts are looking for $1.24 and $1.16 billion, respectively.
The video-conferencing company said it said it now expects fiscal 2025 non-GAAP EPS of $5.29 to $5.32 on revenue of $4.630 billion to $4.640 billion. The company previously guided for non-GAAP EPS of $4.99 to $5.02 and revenue of $4.610 billion to $4.620 billion. Analysts are expecting $5.06 and $4.62 billion, respectively.
The company's shares were up about 2% in after-hours activity.
