Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.19.
Revenue in the quarter ended April 30 rose to $1.14 billion from $1.11 billion a year earlier.

The company expects Q2 non-GAAP earnings of $1.20 to $1.21 per share on revenue of $1.145 billion to $1.150 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected EPS of $1.22 on revenue of $1.15 billion.
The company now expects fiscal 2025 non-GAAP EPS of $4.99 to $5.02 on revenue of $4.61 billion to $4.62 billion. In February, it expected adjusted EPS of $4.85 to $4.88 on revenue of about $4.6 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ projected EPS of $4.89 on revenue of $4.62 billion.
