Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.23.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $310.1 million, up from $300.7 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $308.9 million.
The company said it expects Q2 adjusted EPS of $0.23 to $0.24 on revenue of $306 million to $309 million.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $0.25 and $313.3 million, respectively.
For full-year 2024, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $1.00 to $1.02 on revenue of $1.255 billion to $1.27 billion, compared with $0.99 to $1.01 for EPS on revenue of $1.26 billion to $1.28 billion previously.
Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.00 and $1.27 billion, respectively.
The firm said its board approved an additional $500 million under its share repurchase program, bringing the total authorization to $1.1 billion, of which $546.8 million remained outstanding as of quarter-end.
The company's shares were down about 13% in recent after-hours trading.
