ZoomInfo Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Fall; Full-Year Outlook Cut -- Shares Sink After Hours

05:14 PM EDT, 08/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ZoomInfo Technologies ( ZI ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.17 per diluted share, down from $0.26 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.23.

Revenue for the quarter that ended June 30 was $291.5 million, down from $308.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $307.7 million.

The company expects Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.21 to $0.22 per diluted share on sales of $298 million to $301 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $0.25 and $317.2 million, respectively.

The company now expects full-year 2024 adjusted earnings of $0.86 to $0.88 per diluted share on sales of $1.19 billion to $1.21 billion, versus its prior forecasts of EPS pf $1 to $1.02 on revenue of $1.26 billion to $1.27 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.01 and $1.26 billion respectively.

Shares traded nearly 14% lower in after-hours activity.
