09:40 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zscaler ( ZS ) said Friday that it has completed its acquisition of cybersecurity firm Red Canary.

Zscaler ( ZS ) said it plans to integrate Red Canary's agentic AI technology with its Data Fabric for Security offering.

Red Canary will initially operate as a separate business within Zscaler ( ZS ), the company said.
