04:35 PM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zscaler ( ZS ) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $0.84 per diluted share, up from $0.71 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.76.
Revenue for the quarter ended April 30 was $678 million, up from $553.2 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $666.5 million.
The company said it expects Q4 non-GAAP EPS between $0.79 and $0.80 and revenue between $705 million and $707 million.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.77 and $707.2 million.
The company expects fiscal 2025 non-GAAP EPS between $3.18 and $3.19 and revenue between $2.659 billion and $2.661 billion, up from the prior outlook of $3.04 to $3.09 and $2.640 billion to $2.654 billion, respectively.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.08 and $2.65 billion.
Zscaler ( ZS ) also announced the appointment of Kevin Rubin as chief financial officer. He will succeed Remo Canessa, who announced his intention to retire last year.
The company's shares were rising past 5% in recent after-hours activity.
