04:22 PM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zscaler ( ZS ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.89 per diluted share, up from $0.72 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.80.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $719.2 million, up from $592.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $706.9 million.

The company guided for fiscal Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.85 to $0.86 on revenue of $772 million to $774 million. Analysts expected $0.85 and $750.5 million, respectively.

The company expects fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS of $3.64 to $3.68 on revenue of $3.27 billion to $3.28 billion. Analysts expected $3.66 and $3.20 billion, respectively.

Shares were up over 5% during after-hours trading.
