Zspace Acquires 3D Design Platform BlocksCAD

09:19 AM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zspace ( ZSPC ) said Tuesday it has acquired BlocksCAD, a platform specializing in 3D design and modeling for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company said it plans to integrate BlocksCAD's browser-based modeling software with its augmented and virtual reality hardware. The integration of BlocksCAD's technology into its product suite will begin immediately, with new collaborative features and educational tools rolling out in the coming months, Zspace ( ZSPC ) said.
