Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.09.

Net sales in the three months ended Jan. 31 rose to $291.3 million from $279.2 million a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $289.1 million.

The company expects a fiscal Q1 loss per share of $0.77 to $0.87 on revenue of $189 to $193 million.

One analyst projects a loss of $0.75 on revenue of $184.6 million.

Zumiez ( ZUMZ ) shares fell 2.4% in after-hours trading.
