11:19 AM EDT, 04/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zuora ( ZUO ) said Tuesday it is acquiring Togai, a product for metering and rating raw events.

Togai will become part of Zuora's ( ZUO ) offerings on closing and its founders Abhishek Rajagopal, Aravind Sriraman and Tholkappiyan Velavan will also join Zuora ( ZUO ), according to the company.

Zuora ( ZUO ) expects to close the deal in early May.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
