Zura Bio Names Interim Chief After CEO Robert Lisicki Takes Medical Leave

11:17 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zura Bio ( ZURA ) said Friday Chief Executive Officer Robert Lisicki will take a medical leave starting Oct. 10.

The company said its board has appointed Kim Davis, currently chief operating officer, chief legal officer and corporate secretary, as interim CEO and interim principal executive officer.

Davis will continue her existing responsibilities while serving in the interim roles, Zura Bio ( ZURA ) added.

Shares of the company were down about 5.1% in recent trading.
