ZYUS Life Sciences Closes Unit Offering, Raises $1.37 Million

07:39 AM EDT, 05/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZYUS Life Sciences ( ZLSCF ) overnight Thursday said it closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement of units with proceeds slated for general corporate and working capital purposes.

The company said it issued a further 871,212 units for $574,999.92, bringing total proceeds raised in the two tranches of the offering to about $1.37 million. The company has issued a total of roughly 2.1 million units each priced at $0.66 per unit in the offering.

Each unit is made up of one common share of the company and one-half of a two-year one common share purchase warrant to buy a common share at a price of $0.94.
