1. At Axis Bank, new CEO Amitabh Chaudhry changes track to pursue growth

The top boss at the country’s third largest private lender Axis Bank believes that the bank can grow 5 percent to 7 percent above industry growth rates, even with its conservative strategy as the market is large, and the bank’s share in it still too small.

2. Godrej Properties buys iconic RK Studios land in Mumbai's Chembur, to build residential complex

Realty major Godrej Properties on Friday said it bought RK Studios' land in Mumbai's Chembur area, an iconic location which used to be the film studio of noted actor and filmmaker late Raj Kapoor.

RK Films & Studios, founded in 1948, is where top-notch Bollywood films such as Awaara, Shri 420, and Mera Naam Joker were made.

5. Masood Azhar's designation as global terrorist a win for India, but will it stop his shenanigans?

Masood Azhar, a much sought-after religious preacher located in Pakistan and responsible for masterminding many acts of terror in India and South Asia (the latest being carried out in Pulwama, which killed 40 Indian para-military soldiers recently), is now a UN-designated terrorist. This designation would invite sanctions as per the resolution, which would include travel ban, assets freeze and arms embargo on him and his groups/entities.
