Analogue dairy products are products made of vegetable fats and milk solids and this means that some of the paneer, ghee, cheese, butter available in the market are analogue dairy products.

Quick service restaurants and HoReCa (hotels/restaurants/caterers) also opt for analogue products as they are cheaper.
