Dallas Fed June Manufacturing Index Falls Unexpectedly

10:56 AM EDT, 06/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Dallas Fed's monthly manufacturing index fell to 0.0 in June from 0.4 in May, missing expectations for an increase to 1.0.

The other manufacturing readings already released indicate expansion.

For Dallas, there were decreases in the readings for production, new orders, shipments and prices paid. The gauge for employment increased.

The company outlook measure rose to 2.3 from 0.3 in May.
