Siddharth Mangharam, Founder & CEO, Floh said that Floh is for companionship and to find people who are just like them.

“We started Floh with the premise that there were few things that were broken under traditional match-making services that existed in 2011-12. There were two problems- one was curation and quality of people that you would guaranteed meet and second was one couldn’t meet them in the real world," said Mangharam.

Mangharam said that the magic in all kinds of relationship is when you meet in person – be it social, professional or a romantic relationship.

He said they have now morphed into an online company from being an offline and the focus now is on communities.

"We have one-on-one interactions and we have thousands of people who have found a partner on Floh," he said.

“We started investing in technology 3-4 years back and now our entire curation is automated, entire event management is automated," said Mangharam.
