The resilience of the Indian economy has taken economists by surprise, especially the manner in which it bounced back in Q2.

However, equally many worry that the economy was slowing even before the pandemic. So what will prevail in 2021? To answer all this, Latha Venkatesh spoke to Dr Kaushik Basu, former chief economic advisor of India and former chief economist at the World Bank.

Watch video for more.
