Will COVID-19 recession leave long-term economic scar? Raghuram Rajan on Friday said government can’t bailout every company, and many will need to be run through bankruptcy.

On CNBC-TV18's special show Global Dialogues, Ceyla Pazarbasioglu, VP - equitable growth finance and institutions at World Bank Group, moderated a discussion on economic impact of COVID-19 and the policy implications for developing economies.

Panellists included Mohamed El-Erian, chief economic adviser at Allianz and Raghuram Rajan, professor of Finance at University of Chicago and former Governor of RBI.
