Forbes released its list of 'The World's Best Banks 2019.' It partnered with market research company Statista for the list.

The list is largely based on customer satisfaction instead of balance sheets & P&I statements.

Banks were rated on general satisfaction and key attributes like trust, fees, digital services and financial advice.

Statista surveyed over 40,000 customers across the globe.
