Sources told CNBC-TV18 that the norms related to foreign direct investment in defence will be further relaxed. As of now up to 49 percent is through automatic route beyond 49 percent government permissions is needed. The focus will be on easing and giving more clarity on ambiguous terms that is currently there in defence FDI.
