India on Monday released six Pakistani fishermen who were in jail for more than two years, Dawn reported, adding that 102 still remain in jail.

The report, quoting Pakistan's Fishermen Cooperative Society (FCS) chairman Abdul Barr, said the six fishermen crossed into Pakistan through the Wagah border on Thursday evening.
The six released fishermen, the report said, belonged to Badin district.
Barr told the paper that the news of the fishermen's detention was not shared with the Pakistani government.
Pakistan, last month, set over 350 Indian fishermen free as a “goodwill gesture”.
