Indian economy added 5 million jobs in September but there's also bad news

The Indian economy added 5 million jobs in the month of September while the unemployment rate fell sharply to 6.67 percent in September from 8.35 percent, according to a CMIE report.

However, in an interview with CNBC-TV18, CMIE chief Mahesh Yvas said labour participation rate saw a sharp shrinkage.
