11:22 AM EDT, 06/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The Kansas City Federal Reserve's monthly composite services index fell to a reading of 3 in June after rising to 11 in May, suggesting a slower pace of expansion.
A reading above zero indicates growth.
The index is in line with the S&P Global Flash index released on Monday but in contrast with the other regional services measures already released that indicated contraction.
There was a decline in the Kansas City revenue/sales reading to 2 from 14, while the employment reading decreased to 6 from 10.
The reading of selling prices decreased to 16 from 18, while the input price index decreased to 39 from 43.
