Forbes Most Powerful Women List of 2019 is out and this year's list is a collection of innovators and instigators who are leading the world stage and forging a lasting impact in the industry.

For the 9th year in a row, German Chancellor Angela Merkel tops Forbes’ Most Powerful Women List. In the list, union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman stood at 34th position.
