09:56 AM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The November flash reading of manufacturing conditions from S&P Global fell to a four-month low reading of 51.9 from 52.5 in October, compared with an expected increase to a reading of 52.0 in a survey compiled by Bloomberg as of 7:45 am ET.
The index still indicates expansion in the sector which follows mixed readings in the regional manufacturing sector from the New York, Philadelphia and Kansas Federal Reserve banks.
The index for services conditions rose to a four-month high reading of 55.0 in November from 54.8 in October, compared with expectations for a decline to 54.6. The services index also indicates expansion in the sector which is in contrast with the New York Fed measure released earlier that signaled contraction.
