RBI monetary policy announcement today: Experts discuss likely outcome

All eyes are on the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das as he is set to announce the Monetary Policy Committee’s (MPC) decision today at 10 am.

A CNBC-TV18 poll shows 100 percent of the market participants are expecting a status quo policy.

In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Jahangir Aziz, Head-Emerging Markets Economic Research at JPMorgan and Anand Bagri, Head-Domestic Markets at RBL Bank, shared their views on the likely outcome of the meet.
