US Senator Warren calls for Fed watchdog review of Bowman's BofA dinner, WSJ reports

July 1 (Reuters) - Senator Elizabeth Warren, the leading Democrat on the Senate Banking Committee, on Wednesday urged the Federal Reserve's inspector general to examine whether Fed Vice Chair for Supervision Michelle Bowman breached the central bank's rules by delivering remarks at a private Bank of America ( BAC ) dinner for the firm's clients last month, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday.
