The World Health Organization (WHO) has released a report on global findings from health and climate change. The report shows the overall progress of government in health and climate change in 101 countries and territories across various income groups for 2017-2018.
According to the report, 51 countries have a national health and climate change strategy in place. 19 countries have an under-developed strategy and 28 countries have no national health and climate change strategy. 8 out of 45 countries have reported a high level of strategy implementation. Financing is cited as the most common barrier to implementation.
