CNBC-TV18 completes 20 years this year. In these momentous 20 years, we have had a lot of disruptors in India Inc. Here is a snippet of India's 'Padman' -- Arunachalam Muruganantham, founder and CEO of Jayashree Industries.

A social entrepreneur from Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu, his mission is to provide sanitary napkins at minimal cost to poor women across the country, especially in rural areas. His mini-machines can manufacture sanitary pads for less than a third of the cost of commercial pads.
