01:35 PM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We cut our 12-month target price to $61 from $73, on a P/E of 15x our FY 26 (Sep.) EPS view, near chipmakers and compared to its three-year and 10-year historical forward averages of 12.8x and 14x, respectively. After posting slightly better-than-expected Mar-Q results, we keep our FY 25 (Sep.) EPS estimate at $4.95 and reduce FY 26 to $4.08 from $5.21. We think the cutthroat nature of the RF industry will lead to pricing pressure and downside risk to future estimates. Although the lost Apple business is likely well known to investors, Apple will remain SWKS's largest customer and could be at risk of losing future sockets or feel the pain of lower pricing, given other alternatives in the market. Broad markets are likely to recover, but may not be sustainable and the magnitude of the upside may be limited, while geopolitical pressures/tariffs provide greater unknowns for the company. We expect free cash flow to decline at least 20% in FY 26 and margins to remain constrained until FY 27, at the earliest.
