Research Alert: CFRA Initiates Coverage Of Shares Of Grab Holdings With A Buy Opinion
Jun 30, 2025 10:53 AM

01:30 PM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

Our target price of USD6.00 is an implied 2026 EV/EBITDA of 26.0x, above peers' average forward EV/EBITDA of 12.6x, reflecting Grab's market-leading position in the ASEAN region and superior growth prospects versus global delivery and mobility peers. Industry consolidation and expansion across its Delivery, Mobility, and Financial Services segment should drive our projected revenue growth of 22%/19% in 2025/2026, while the benefits of cost optimization initiatives, operational leverage, and AI-driven efficiency gains should support an improvement in adjusted EBITDA margins to 13.7%/19.7% (2024: 11.2%). We project Grab to post its first annual net profit in 2025 as profitability for the core Deliveries and Mobility businesses strengthens and losses for Financial Services narrow. Our EPS projections of USD0.08/USD0.14 for 2025/2026 also reflect Grab's transition to balanced growth and profitability from growth-focused investments.
