01:40 PM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We raise our 12-month target by $1 to $70, 15.5x our 2026 EPS estimate of $4.53 (cut from $5.29; 2025 cut to $3.45 from $4.05). The multiple represents a premium to the long-term mean of 13x, which we think is warranted given stronger earnings growth prospects over the next few years. ADM cut its 2025 EPS outlook to $3.25 to $3.50 (from about $4.00), but this was largely priced in amid recent weakness in crush margins (consensus 2025 EPS was $3.79 heading into Q3). Shares are trading higher on November 4, reflecting a more constructive outlook for 2026-2027, particularly as visibility improves around the Renewable Fuel Standard (potentially by Q1 next year). The current proposal supports demand for soybean oil as feedstock for biodiesel. While we are lowering our 2026 estimates, we still expect a strong rebound in earnings (about 30% growth) after three years of lower performance (2023 to 2025). We are also encouraged by the recent improvement in the Nutrition segment (earnings up 24% Y/Y in Q3).
