Research Alert: CFRA Keeps Hold Opinion On Shares Of Iron Mountain Incorporated
Nov 7, 2025 7:26 AM

10:05 AM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We increase our 12-month target price by $12 to $107 on a forward P/FFO of 26.5x our 2026 FFO estimate, a small premium to its three-year average (25.1x). We maintain our 2025 FFO estimate at $3.55 and increase 2026's by $0.11 to $4.04. ALM growth continues to drive results with revenue up 65% (+36% organic) led by higher-margin enterprise volumes. We believe the strength of IRM's ALM business is a multi-year trend that will see growth outpace the 4%-6% growth of its record and information management business. IRM signed a new five-year contract with the Treasury Department for up to $714M, validating its InSight DXP 2.0 platform capabilities, but likely requiring a large increase in security cleared personnel to handle high seasonal volumes. We see margins facing pressure through 1H 2026 as higher pass-through power costs in the Data Center segment continue, but we continue to believe that the high capex investment into data centers will provide margin expansion in the long term.
