01:15 PM EDT, 04/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We lower our 12-month price target by $9 to $30 based on 8.3x our 2025 adjusted EBITDA estimate and slightly lower than the company's three-year average forward EV/EBITDA multiple of 8.8x. We lower our 2025 EPS estimate by $0.50 to $0.25 and maintain our 2026 EPS estimate of $1.00. CZR posted normalized Q1 EPS of -$0.48 vs. -$0.44, $0.30 below consensus estimates on revenues of $2.79B vs. $2.74B, $9M above estimates. By segment in Q1, Las Vegas revenues declined 1.9% Y/Y, Regional increased 1.7%, and Digital increased 18.8%. Las Vegas adjusted EBITDA declined 0.7%, Regional increased 1.6%, and Digital increased $38M to $43M. Management stated that the company was not seeing any slowdown in the U.S. consumer and forward bookings continue to look quite strong. The company's balance sheet continues to impact earnings with operating income of $488M and interest expense of $574M in the quarter. We move to neutral due to the challenging macroeconomic backdrop and balance sheet woes.
