01:30 PM EDT, 05/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We keep our 12-month target price at $265, on a P/E of 28.8x our CY 26 EPS forecast of $9.20, above peers and historical to reflect our view that orders/revenue will improve through CY 26. We increase our FY 25 (Oct.) EPS estimate to $7.39 from $7.14 and keep FY 26 at $8.86. We are encouraged by rising industrial bookings in recent months after undershipping customers for six to eight quarters (we believe now shipping closer to actual demand rather than stockpiling). We think autos have benefited from some pull-in of orders amid tariff uncertainty that likely leads to a second CY 25 pullback, but content gains and rising demand from China auto vendors should limit the downside, in our view. Still, we remain wary of limited visibility to the recovery given uncertainty tied to tariffs/consumer spend in key markets. Emphasis on keeping lead times tight to sustain a healthy demand trajectory will be key, while ADI's content growth story in areas like factory automation offers upside.
