Research Alert: CFRA Maintains Buy Opinion On Shares Of Ciena Corporation
Sep 5, 2025 10:18 AM

01:10 PM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We raise our 12-month target price by $50 to $130, 30.6x our FY 26 (Oct.) EPS estimate, a premium to its three-year forward average P/E of 23.1x, reflecting its recent strong results and our higher growth outlook. We increase our FY 25 EPS estimate by $0.25 to $2.49 and FY 26's by $0.93 to $4.25. Demand remained strong and sustained across both the Cloud Provider and Service Provider segments, with two customers each accounting for over 10% of revenue, and a record order book that exceeded revenue for the quarter. The order momentum was reinforced by high demand for AI network infrastructure, as cloud providers and emerging "neo-scalers" accelerated investments in data centers and interconnect solutions, creating new and expanding market opportunities for Ciena 4. The company expects to at least double revenue from its Interconnect portfolio in 2025, with the potential to repeat this growth in 2026, based on current order trends and customer adoption.

How often do Treasury bonds pay interest?
Sep 30, 2024
Key takeaways Treasury bonds are government securities that pay a fixed interest rate every six months.
