12:00 PM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We keep our 12-month target price at $250, on a P/E of 15.7x our 2027 EPS view, near NXPI's historical forward averages. After posting better-than-expected Q3 revenue/EPS, we raise our 2025 EPS estimate to $11.75 from $11.59 and 2026 to $14.03 from $13.74. We keep 2027 EPS at $15.90. We believe the results and, more important, the Q4 guidance signal a clear shift in tone from bottoming to recovery. NXPI expressed growing confidence that a cyclical recovery is beginning to materialize, driven by the normalization of inventory in Automotive and signs of demand improvement in Industrial & IoT. We see a recovery supported by improving demand signals, including growing backlogs, increased short-cycle orders, and rising customer escalations for parts. Despite this, we think management remains disciplined, sustaining channel inventory at a lean nine weeks, while direct customer inventory in Automotive is below NXPI's manufacturing cycle time (we do not yet see material customer restocking given macro concerns).
