Research Alert: CFRA Maintains Buy Opinion On Shares Of The Trade Desk, Inc.
Aug 8, 2025 11:20 AM

01:50 PM EDT, 08/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We reduce our 12-month target to $72 from $110 on lower revised P/E of 30x our 2027 EPS estimate, which we initiate at $2.39, below peers to reflect recent concerns about decelerating growth and leadership changes. We adjust our 2025 EPS estimate to $1.77 from $1.81 and 2026 to $2.13 from $2.05. Prior execution issues appear to have been addressed while we see TTD benefiting from several growth catalysts, including connected TV (CTV), expansion of its international business, and a growing retail media opportunity. We believe the shift toward more ad-supported options will allow TTD to outgrow the digital ad market by at least 1.5x-2.0x through 2027. Relatively in-line Q2 results and guidance, decelerating growth in the second half of 2025, and the new CFO transition (following a string of other leadership changes) will likely all weigh on shares in the near term, but think shares are now more attractively valued (low 20x based on 2027 EPS) given our view of potential for growth to accelerate again in 2026.
