Research Alert: CFRA Maintains Buy Opinion On Wns (holdings) Limited
May 1, 2024 5:59 AM

08:35 AM EDT, 05/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

WNS printed Mar-Q adj-EPS of $1.12 vs. $1.04 a year ago, beating consensus by $0.06. Revenues (less repair payments) were$326M, +7% Y/Y, as increases in new clients (nine in Mar-Q) and broadening existing client relationships (40) were partially tampered with by transitioning a large internet client's work offshore, in addition to volume reductions with certain clients. Adj-operating margins expanded to 21.5% from 20.6% Y/Y. Despite challenging economic conditions, our rating remains Buy as we believe more companies will be looking to cut costs, playing into WNS's strengths. An improving pipeline positions WNS for outsized growth as demand for business transformation that leverages digital and analytics capabilities increases. We see adj-revenue of $1.35B (+5%) in FY 2025 (Mar-Q) and $1.49B (+10%) in FY 2026. Our 12-month target of $57 (down $23), 11.2x our FY 2026 (Mar-Q) EPS, is aligned with three-year historical averages. We lower our FY 2025 EPS view to $4.56 from $4.71 and initiate FY 2026's at $5.08.
