07:55 AM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We raise our 12-month target by $2 to $22, based on a FY 26 (Sep.) P/E of 10.0x, a justified discount to ADNT's historical multiples. We raise our adj. EPS estimates to $1.95 (from $1.85) for FY 25 and to $2.20 (from $2.00) for FY 26. Following ADNT's slight earnings miss but higher FY 25 guidance, we are maintaining a Hold opinion on the shares on valuation. ADNT shares have more than doubled from their early April lows and appear fairly valued, in our opinion. While we think management has done an excellent job "righting the ship" through moves such as strategic asset sales, debt refinancing, and successfully mitigating tariff impacts, the stock appears fairly valued at current levels. Unlike some other auto suppliers with exposure to higher-growth segments of the market such as autonomous driving software or electrification, we think ADNT's seating products are more exposed to competition and global production rates, noting that plants located outside the U.S. accounted for 60% of its net sales in FY 24.
