May 26, 2025 3:19 AM

03:30 PM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We raise our 12-month price target by $25 to $475, based on a 2026 P/E of 40.2x, a justified premium to historic averages. We maintain our adjusted EPS estimates of EUR8.90 for '25 and EUR10.45 for '26. RACE posted Q1 adjusted EPS of EUR2.30 vs. EUR1.95 (+18%), ahead of the EUR2.25 consensus. The beat was driven by stronger-than-expected sales and margins, as net revenue rose 13% to EUR1.79B (EUR20M ahead of consensus) on higher prices and a 1% increase in shipments. RACE's EBIT margin expanded 240 bps to 30.3% (10 bps above consensus). RACE maintained full-year revenue and adjusted EPS guidance of at least EUR7.0B and EUR8.60, respectively, which compares to the current consensus of EUR7.20B and EUR8.94. While RACE did not raise full year earnings guidance, the company has a long history of providing conservative guidance and its last earnings miss was the Q2 2020 quarter. We maintain a Hold opinion on valuation.
